1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Promptmizer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you discover you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Promptmizer provides AI-powered prompt optimization tools ("The Service"). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
You identify that you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Promptmizer cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Subscription & Payments
Paid services (Pro Plan) are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial purchase.
5. Prohibited Usage
You verify that you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Promptmizer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
